Sub: Facilitating transfers on mutual basis.
Sir/Madam,
The Samiti is considering the possibility of accommodating mutual requests of teachers for transfer wherever possible. It is proposed to consider all such requests before conducting the counseling programme for transfers schedule for May, 2006.
It, therefore becomes imperative to compile a date base about the choice states/stations of the teachers, who are not satisfied with their present place of posting. This data base would be matched to explore all the possibilities where mutual transfers can be acceded. Mutual transfer would, however, not be considered for home districts.
You are, therefore, requested to obtain information in the enclosed proforma – I from all such teachers working in your region, who are desirous of seeking transfer from their present place of posting. The information so collected may please be compiled post-wise and subject-wise in MS Excel in the enclosed proforma – II and forwarded to this office along with a floppy/CD latest by 20th January, 2006.
