Subject: Revised ceiling for reimbursement of Medical claims to the employees of NVS.
This has a reference to this office earlier letter of even number dated 26.10.2005 regarding submission of medical claims for pre-audit and the ceiling of medical reimbursement claims revised upto Rs.7,500/- per employee per annum, for the day to day treatment obtained through the appointed AMAs, by the employees of NVS for self and their family members. In this regard, the ceiling for reimbursement of medical claims is enhanced from Rs.7,500/- to Rs.15,000/- per employee per annum w.e.f. 1.4.2011. However, there exists no ceiling for the medical treatment taken in Government/CGHS recognized hospitals. All other terms & conditions mentioned in the letter ibid will remain unchanged.
