Hon’ble CAT, Jabalpur Bench, Jabalpur vide their orders dated 6.12.2006 in OA No. 731/06 & MA No.1073/2006 has directed to keep two posts of Office Superintendent vacant till finalization of the case. The orders of the Hon’ble Tribunal have been complied with.
