Invitation for Request for Qualification

1.The land for the three proposed schools have been identified in Dahod and Narmada districts in Gujarat; and Nandurbar district of Maharastra respectively.
2.With the above reference, NVS wishes to short-list the interested parties willing to participate in setting up of “3 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Schools on PPP Mode”. Ernst & Young Private Limited has been appointed as the Transaction Advisor for this project.
3.This document can also be downloaded from the website www.navodaya.nic.in of the NVS from November 16, 2011 to December 24, 2011 .
4.Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) intends to set up its 3 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya on PPP mode inviting private player to (a) develop physical assets (School Building, Boy's & Girl's Dormitory Buildings, Kitchen and Dining Hall, Principal's Residence, Staff Quarters Type 1, 2 & 3, and Guest House); (b) repair and maintain constructed assets under point (a); and (c) create facilities and provide services including hostel management, campus maintenance, security, mess, library, ICT, and medical facility
5.Applicant shall pay NVS Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) by way of Demand Draft in favour of NVS Main Account payable at Delhi, as non refundable fee for the RFQ process along with the application.
6.Responses on prescribed format should be submitted at the place described in the RFQ document on or before 1500 hrs on the due date mentioned in the RFQ document
7.NVS reserves the full right to accept or reject any RFQ without any liability or obligation for such acceptance or rejection without assigning any reason.
