Sir/Madam,
In continuation of Samiti’s letter of even number dated 23/5/2008, it is informed that the representations received from TGTs through ROs for inclusion of their names in the eligibility list for appearing in written exam for promotion to the post of PGTs have been examined and accordingly a subject-wise additional list of TGTs for the written examination for promotion to the post of PGT is forwarded herewith. The list contains the names of TGTs who are found eligible to appear in written examination. The list has been prepared as per the information received from R.Os w.r.t Samiti’s letter of even number dated 23/5/2008. Teachers who figure in the additional list may be informed individually about the conduct of written examination by RO/Principal concerned.
All the eligible candidates who are appearing for the written examination may be directed to bring their photo identity card or an attested photo pasted certificate from their Principals for verification of their identity.
