Subject : Promotion of TGTs to PGTs

Sir/Madam,

In continuation of Samiti letter of even no. dated 28.4.08 on the subject, it is intimated that the departmental exam for promotion of TGTs to the post of PGTs is proposed to be conducted on 28^th June, 2008 at Chandigarh.  Details of TGTs in the zone of consideration will be displayed on Samiti’s website in the last week of May, 2008.  The same may be intimated to all concerned teachers so that they can make reservations. 

You are also requested to keep ready the ACRs of TGTs upto 2006-07 duly recorded by Reporting & Reviewing Officers and the same may be sent to this office in the first week of July, 2008.
