Sub:   List of candidates selected for appointment of teachers on direct recruitment basis under Recruitment Drive-2007.

 

Sir,

Enclosed please find a list of the candidates (      ) along with their applications in original selected for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers and Misc. Teachers under Direct Recruitment quota as per details enclosed.

 

You are requested to issue offers of appointment to these candidates in JNVs under your region with following in view:

 

(a)        Offers for appointment must be issued to the selected candidates by 9th June, 2008 against resultant vacancies after issue of transfer order on the basis of counseling for request transfer, in the enclosed format.  A compliance report in this regard may please be submitted after issue of offers of appointment.

 

(b)        Allotment of Regions to the selected candidates has been made on the basis of merit position and preference categories i.e. Physically Handicapped candidates followed by female candidates and thereafter remaining candidates in order of their merit.  Same criteria may be followed by you while deciding the Vidyalaya of their posting keeping in view the residential address of the candidates.

 

(c)         Candidate should be asked to join on 1st July, 2008 if Vidyalaya is open in the month of July, 2008.  If Vidyalaya is closed for vacation, candidate may be asked to join upon reopening of Vidyalaya after summer vacation.  Further extension up to three weeks may be considered on merit.

 

(d)        Verification of the eligibility of the candidate as per Recruitment Rules (Age, category, essential qualifications, etc.) shall be the sole and personal responsibility of the Deputy Commissioner.

 

(e)        Concerned Principals should verify the particulars of the candidate with reference to the original certificates before allowing them to join.
