Sir/Madam,

 

            Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education & Literacy  invites to purchase the Paper for the printing of NVS Publications. Accordingly offers are invited for supply of Printing-Paper of the following specifications for  next one year. The  Quotations - Notification can also be  seen in the  website of NVS (www.navodaya.nic.in) and vide it, can submit the quotations.

            The sealed quotations are hereby invited from  registered firms (TN/CST) for  the supply of the  following paper items.  The rates should be inclusive all taxes.

Cartage charges to Supply at  Press located in NOIDA with minimum charges be included in the cost and to be delivered at VPS Engg. Impex Pvt. Ltd. , A-8 Hosiery Complex, Phase-II, NOIDA, Gautam Budha Nagar, U.P. or at Govt. Press as the case may be.

 

 

 

            It is requested  to submit your offer on your letterhead  in a sealed envelop by Registered Post / Courier  to the undersigned latest by  10-01-2009 along with the sample of Printing-paper.

 

The Earnest-money/Bid Security for Rs. 5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) must be  enclosed with Demand Draft in favour of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, New Delhi.
