8. Centralized Tender Notification must embody all items normally purchased in JNVs. Vidyalayas may change the Schedule of items based on local conditions and as per its requirements depending on the likings of students. JNVs would prepare the Schedule of items & sale tender forms and Tenderers must submit the Tenders accordingly.
9. JNVs must see that Quality of the items is not dispensed with for which Vidyalaya may ask for items having ISI mark/Aag mark as applicable.
10. This office has fixed uniform dates for all JNVs to maintain consistency throughout the process of these activities i.e. Selling Tender Forms, Dateline for deposit of Tenders, Date of PAC meeting etc. which must be adhere to by all JNVs. However JNVs can change the dates subject to their unavoidable circumstances.
11. Few companies are directly supplying shoes, chapplas etc. to JNVs in the past years in wholesale discounted rates who are either Manufacturers or Wholesale dealers. It is seen that some JNVs invite rates of specific brands with maximum discount and procure the items. In this context, the proposal must be put up to PAC for purchase of Uniforms -Shoes and Chapples directly from manufacturers or wholesallers to get the qualitative items.
