Sub:     Amendment in guidelines for request transfer of Vidyalaya staff through Counselling during 2010-11 notified by the Samiti on 18.03.2010.

Sir/Madam,

The Samiti is receiving references from Regional Offices regarding determining minimum period of stay in the particular Vidyalaya, in respect of cases to be considered for transfer on request through ensuing counselling Programme, under Group-VI of Para 3 of Samiti’s letter dated 18.03.2010.

The above matter has been examined and keeping in view the recommendations received, the Competent Authority has accorded approval to amend the said guidelines contained in Samiti’s letter No. 2-1/2010-NVS(Estt.)/1612 dated 18.03.2010 as under:

Existing :

Para 3            

Group VI :       “All remaining teachers/non-teaching staff not covered in above categories.”

Amended:

“All remaining teachers/non-teaching staff not covered in the above categories (Group I to V) subject to the condition that they must have completed three years of stay in the present JNV as on 30.06.2010.”

The remaining terms and conditions of letter dated 18.03.2010 will remain unchanged.
