Sir/Madam,
Applications are invited from Principals & Vice-Principals working in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas for request transfers:
The transfers will be taken up in the following order of preference-
CATEGORY-I Principals/Vice-Principals working in JNVs in Shillong Region and other hard & difficult stations (Annexure-I) identified by the Samiti who will complete three years of stay at these stations as on 30.6.2010.
CATEGORY-II Principals/Vice-Principals who are seeking Inter Regional transfer i.e. transfer to any JNV outside the Region in which they are presently posted and who will complete three years of stay in the Region as on 30.6.2010.
CATEGORY-III Principals/Vice-Principals who are seeking Intra Regional transfer i.e. transfer to any JNV within the same Region in which they are recently posted and who will complete three years of stay in the JNV as - on 30.6.2010.
One with a longer period of stay will get preference within each category. Transfer shall be considered only against the available vacancies. Application for transfer should be submitted in the proforma enclosed at Annexure-ll. The Principals/Vice-Principals interested in seeking request transfer may indicate maximum 03 JNVS (excluding home district) and one Sate in order of his/her preference.
The information should be consolidated in proforma as per Annexure-lll and arranged in order on the basis of preference criteria given above. All the applications shall also be forwarded in original.
It is requested that the contents of this letter may be brought to the notice of all Principals & Vice-Principals under your Region without any delay. It may be ensured that the consolidated information separately for Principals and Vice Principals are submitted to the Headquarters latest by 15th July, 2010 positively. Applications forwarded to this office after 15.07.2010 will not be entertained in any circumstances.
