TENDER NOTICE

      Sealed tenders, in two bid system are invited in prescribed format from the reputed textile mills/manufacturers having certification of ISO-9001-2000 & with a minimum turnover of Rs. 250 crores, during last 03 financial years, for supply of   Uniform Cloth for about 2.00 lakh students of 565 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas spread across the Country. These JNVs are under the administrative control of eight Regional Offices of NVS located at Bhopal, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Pune and Shillong.

(1) The bid documents can be obtained from the undersigned on  payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 600/- is to be paid, if required by Post) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “NVS Hqrs A/C” payable at New Delhi, on any working day between 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. upto 25.01.2010.  

(2)   EMD of Rs. 5.00 lacs is required to be deposited along with the bid documents.

(3)   Sale of bid documents:  From 23.12.09 to 25.01.2010.

(4)   Last date of submission of bids:  27.01.2010 upto 11:00 A.M..

(5)   Opening of bids: 27.01.2010 at 12:00 Hrs. noon.

(6)  The tender document can also be downloaded from Samiti’s Website i.e. www.navodaya.nic.in.  Tender cost of Rs. 500/-   will have to be paid in this case separately, in the form of Demand Draft as detailed at Sl. No. (1) above.
