Sub: Correction in the manuscript of Prospectus cum Application form  JNVST-2010 – Class VI

Ref:   Our letter even no. dated 18^th May 2009.

Madam/Sir

          With reference to above it is to inform that a small error in the text of the manuscript of prospectus has been identified.

          Accordingly it is requested to kindly incorporate the following corrections in the prospectus before the printing of the same to avoid the confusion.

          Para 4 (a) on Page 9 of the manuscript may be read as follows;

“A Separate Answer sheet will be provided. Candidates are required to indicate their answers at an appropriate place on the answer sheet itself.” The answer sheet will be of Intelligence Character Recognition ( ICR)/ Optical Character Recognition  ( OCR) sheet. A copy of specimen answer sheet is enclosed.”

Para 5 (f) (3) on page 10 of the manuscript may be read as follows:

  “No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall/room before completion of 60 minutes after commencement of test.”

          Rest of the text as sent earlier remains unchanged.  This may please be noted urgently and correction carried appropriately. In case of any other discrepancy observed it may please be brought to our notice for remedy.
