As a Principal of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Navegaon Bandh,Gondia (Maharastra), I extend a hearty welcome to our Vidyalaya Website. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Gondia has been a proved beacon in providing good citizen to the society and above all good human beings with the help of a dedicated team of teaching and Non-teaching staff members who uses the supreme art to awaken joy among young learners in creative expression and knowledge. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Gondia works on a student-centric approach which offers rewarding educational experiences to all who choose to focus on excellence. It addresses the contemporary needs of the learners by successfully creating a dynamic environment to trigger learning experiences and awakening the natural curiosity of the young minds and thereby facilitating the art of teaching. It aims at the commitments to nurture and equip young learners with the uncommon ability to become confident, sensitive, socially committed and to develop as all-round individuals.

III. Learning to live together.

We need to view examinations not as hurdles in life, but as stepping stones to greater progress. Waves should be
our inspiration not because they rise and fall, but because each time they fall they never fail to rise again. Will power is the ability to overcome laziness and procrastination. It is the ability to control or reject unnecessary or harmful impulses. It is one of the corner stone’s of success, both spiritual and material. Will power allows what you would like to do. It is the will power that pushes your dreams forward when the odds appear. Developing the will power of your will can erase the worry habit, keep you healthy and give you far more energy than you have ever had. Self-discipline is the companion of will power. When you control your thought, you control your mind.. When you control your mind, you control your life. When you reach to total control of your life, you become master of your destiny.
SUCCESS – COMPETITION
Success doesn’t mean the absence of failures; it means the attainment of ultimate objectives. It means winning the war; not every battle. Competition is a part of life and cannot be eliminated. Everyone should realize that living honorably is also an examination. Our success depends upon our attitude.
TIME MANAGEMENT
One of the few things that can’t be recycled is wasted time. Investing in yourself is the best investment you will ever make. It will not only improve your life, it will improve the lives of all those around you. People who study others are wise but those who study themselves are enlightened.
So, my dear students, have a strong will, develop self-discipline, and manage your time effectively to reach your goal.

JNV Gondia is One of the school Under Top Ten Ranking Schools in the Country’s 600 (Six Hundred) schools. The school has gained its name and fame due to the devoted, dedicated and hardworking teachers who are serving round the clock for the betterment of the school. The school is aiming not only towards the academic but also taking care of all round development of the students’ personality. So, keeping this view time and again students are motivated and boosted to participate actively in various activities- like sports and games, Scout and Guide and Co-Curricular Activities too. Every year at least 20 students (10 boys and 10 Girls) are getting RajyaPuraskar in the field of Scout and Guide.
Apart from this from last ten years the vidyalaya is doing significant work for the wellbeing of the society. Near about 60 students were selected in the field of Medicine i.e. for MBBS and after completing their degrees they have been serving for the betterment and welfare of the society. In the span of ten years up to year 2016 near about 15 students have been selected for IIT and 20 students have been selected for NIT. In an average 2 to 3 students use to crack IIT’s every year.
