About JNV Buranabad, Ujjain II
November 2009 dawned and embarked upon the rural talents of Ujjain district of MP when Ujjain II came into existence. It toll its very first flight with 40 students only. Within 2 years span two sections (80 Students) began running euon with its temporary infrastructure and become the first Navodaya of A grade in its temporary site.
The foundation stone of permanent site was laid by the Minister for Human Resource, Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani in year April 2014 and the inauguration by made by Hon,ble Sh. Prakash Jawdekar, Minister of HRD , Govt. of India, in Nov 2016. The construction work of the permanent site was ( I Phase ) was completed within the record time of one and half year.
Now, the school is a grown up academic campus of two streams ( Science and Commerce), full staff and around 500 students studying. This school is marching ahead with its steadfast zest to touch the pinnacle of glory and grace in academia as well as other spheres of non scholastic areas.
JNV Ujjain II is only 70 KMS away from Ujjain and has a distance of 12 KMS from Nagda Railway Station. Famous Baglamukhi temple is nearly 15 KMS away. The exotic beauty of the campus is captivating.
